The Youyoume records arrived yesterday (Monday, 12th Dec) but upon inspecting the stock I noticed two problems. Firstly, the records had been packed into white inner sleeves instead of black. Secondly, and more importantly, the print quality was poor owing to misaligned plates during printing. Obviously I wasn't happy to send these out - quality control has always been especially high at Serein and I'm not about to let it slip now. The records will be picked up tomorrow to be reprinted and re-packed. The earliest I've been told to expect redelivery is the 3rd of January. I will keep you posted - I apologise about the ongoing delays.
