Cancellation / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you experience problems with a Serein order, please contact us quoting your reference number. We will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation. You are free to cancel your order any time before the order status is set to "Completed" (i.e. delivered) - you can track order statuses through the "Your Account" section of the site.
Return / Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted for orders which arrive in unsatisfactory condition, you must raise a claim via our contact form not later than 2 weeks after dispatch.
You may not return unwanted items.
